When you start with the right formula, you start at the very foundation of quality.  And that’s just what we do at P.H. Tech.  PVC (polyvinyl chloride) suppliers have a wide range of standard recipes for extruders.  But the PH distinctive PVC blend is proprietary (B-2000) and it has been time-tested for over 20 years - because certification matters in delivering quality.  No other window and door extruder has the select blend of PVC resin and compounds that deliver the premium performance and weatherability that we can.

Extrusion is everything

The extrusion process is only as good as the quality control testing a manufacturer decides to implement.  At P.H. Tech, all extrusion lines and profiles undergo rigorous and on-going product quality control.  Along with in-house design and development processes that include software-controlled equipment, P.H. Tech uses statistical process control methods within the P.H. Tech Premium Quality Control System to ensure consistent results.  Our supply chain is quality-tested too.  Raw material shipments from our suppliers go through strict inspection and quality control testing before use.

The outcome of the P.H. Tech Premium Quality Control System along with our stringent technological practices and quality systems is your peace of mind.   At P.H. Tech, we want you to rest easy.  After all, you stake your reputation – and your business – on the windows and doors you fabricate and install.  You’ll rest easy with the built-in features that are designed to last from P.H. Tech.  Because we design and manufacture for quality, you’ll find that there are minimal after sales service calls required.  And to back it all up, we offer a 20-year limited warranty for fabricators on all residential profiles.

Regular P.H. Tech production testing includes 14 quality control tests, covering dimensional measurement, impact testing, soft vinyl adherence, color testing, and more.  Some tests are performed as often as once per hour.  Based on quality control, only the right profiles and parts make it into product shipments.  The end-result for customers: fabrication is a snap with P.H. Tech window and door profiles.

Green initiatives

The cutting edge of our industry is going green.  We’re all looking for better energy solutions to increase our resource conservation and also to develop products with a smaller environmental footprint.  At P.H. Tech, we’re a part of the solution.
